Upon the client’s request, Luxembourg Consulting Group AG will take over the partial or complete management of your company. The trustee mandates are executed by experienced attrneys, tax advisors or auditors; the professional LCG “back office“ then implements your decisions in an efficient and competent fashion.
Annual administrative costs
The annual adminstrative costs amount to ≥ 1,600.00 EUR – depending on the actual services for which Luxemburg Consulting Group AG is contracted. The spectrum of services consists of the following:
- domicilisation;
- office management;
- accounting;
- tax returns;
- annual report;
- potentialexpenses associated with trustee mandates (director / adminstrative councillor / oversight organ).
LCG-Service:
- Comprehensive expert consulting on tax andlegal issues – in advancveand followinbg the establishment of the company
- A real domicile in Luxembourg
- Complete management of office services fort he company (communicaitons: mail, telephone, fax, e-mail, etc.)
- Trustee director / Trustee administrative council / Trustee shareholders / Trustee partners
- Establishment of a bank account in Luxembourg or in thirdcountries - including Internet banking and credit cards
- Certification of the bank account
- Accounting, tax rteturnand annual report
- Contract documentation and invoice templates according to Luxembourgian law
- VAT number / EU tax ID number / ID number
- Preparation and execution of ordinary and extraordinary general meetings / directors’ meetings / administrative-council meetings
- Statute amendment
- Preparation of all corporate documents, tax credits, proxy declarations, etc.
- Superintendents’ reports / Audit reports / Annual reports
- Legalisation (Apostilles on corporate documents / commercial-registry excerpts)
